Cancellation Policy
I value you, your time, and my opportunity to do business with each of you. I understand life can be unexpected and schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore I respectfully require at least 48 hour notice appointment cancellations. If canceled within the 48 hours you will not be charged a fee. Anything canceled within 24 hours of your appointment time will be charged 50% of your service total. No show appointments and same day cancellations will be charged 100% of your service total. Please understand when you cancel last minute or no show your appointment, I am unable to fill your appointment with another guest. IF YOU LAST MINUTE CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT OR NO SHOW YOUR APPOINTMENT AND ARE CHARGED A FEE- THIS IS *NOT* A CREDIT TO AN ADDITIONAL APPOINTMENT. IF YOU MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT AND YOU NO SHOW THAT ONE. YOU WILL BE CHARGED *ANOTHER* NO SHOW FEE. Thank you for understanding! Brianna
